Ours is an oil that tells of South Eastern Sicily and its traditions, the solid roots on which we graft a modern and respectful agriculture that recovers ancient cultivars, capable of expressing unique, intense and delicate aromas.
Product Description
The extra virgin olive oil produced by Biosiculà comes from the local Monicultivar Maresca. It is obtained from hand-picked and cold-pressed olives.
The Iblei mountains extend in the south-eastern part of Sicily where we at Biosiculà grow our olives near our luxuriant citrus grove.
Our oil will accompany you on a journey to the land of origin: Sicily.
Your journey will start from the sense of smell: immerse yourself in the fields of freshly cut grass, in the aroma of artichoke, almond and flowers.
Then move on to the taste, with that delicate and balanced flavor with a light spicy note.
